Returns
All returns must be pre-approved and have a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
issued prior to their return. You can request an
RMA number online or by calling
us during normal business hours. The RMA
number must be written on the outside of the
returned package. Returns will not be accepted
without an RMA number and are subject to refusal
by our shipping department. We are unable to
issue RMA numbers via email requests.
All authorized returns are subject to a 15%
restocking fee. We will also waive the
restocking fee if you exchange for an item or
items of equal or greater value.
No returns are accepted for special orders,
painted items, tires, superchargers and
turbocharger systems.
Returns must be received within 30 days of
original shipment. No returns after 30 days. At
our discretion we may extend the return time
limit during December and January.
The customer is responsible for return shipping
cost. We do not issue call tags nor accept
freight collect shipments. If the return is due
to our error, we will reimburse shipping cost
and/or at our discretion issue a call tag to
retrieve the item(s).
Unauthorized returns and/or shipments refused by
customer will be charge a 25% restocking fee
plus any fees levied by the freight carrier
(including return shipping cost).
Goods that have been damaged by the consumer,
have been installed and/or removed, have missing
or spoiled packaging, have missing hardware,
components or instructions, or any item returned
that is not in new condition will be deemed
non-returnable and returned to the consumer at
their request and expense. No refund will be
issued in such cases and we will notify the
customer via email, postal mail and/or
telephone. Unclaimed returns will be disposed of
after 60 days.
International returns are subject to the same
terms and conditions as domestic returns. Custom
fees, brokerage fees, duties and/or other such
costs incurred by the customer are
non-refundable. Custom fees, brokerage fees,
duties and/or other such costs incurred by
Mitchell's Truck Performance due to accepting an
international return will be charged to the
customer (unless the return is due to our
error).
Cancellations
Same Business
Day* - Cancellation requests received on the
same business day as the order was placed result
in no penalty.
Up to 30 Days* -
Cancellation requests received up to 30 days
after the order was placed are subject to a 10%
cancellation fee.
Items that have
entered the shipping process or items that have
already shipped may not be cancelled. For such
items, please see our "Returns"
policy.
* Valid
cancellation requests require verbal dialogue
with a customer service representative.
Fraudulent
Orders
It is a violation of law to make orders in a
false name or with an invalid credit card,
even if our software initially accepts such a
bid. Please be aware that even if you do not
give us your real name, your web browser
transmits a unique internet address to us, which
can be used by law enforcement officials to
identify you. This puts you at substantial
personal legal risk. Fraudulent order makers
will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the
law. Currently, both the FBI, Interpol and
Polish police are responsible for investigating
all Internet fraud cases.
Warranty
Claims
All
warranty claims are handled directly by the
manufacturer of the product in question. We will
assist you in contacting the manufacturer and do
our best to help you in anyway we can with
warranty issues. However, the manufacturer is
ultimately responsible for all warranty claims
and it is their sole discretion whether to honor
or disapprove a warranty claim.

hereby expressly disclaims all warranties,
either expressed or implied. Revel Enterprises,
Inc. is not liable for any direct or indirect
consequential damage or injury of any kind.
Goods
Damaged By Carrier and Shortages
You must
inspect goods upon receipt for shipment damage.
All damage claims must be filed with the carrier
within 48 hours of receipt. If a product is
accepted from the carrier and you don't file a
damage claim within 48 hours with the carrier,
the carrier will consider the shipment to have
arrived in good condition.
Shortages
must be reported to Revel Enterprises within 48
hours. Please call
229-387-8589 to report any shortage with your
order that is not marked as a
"backorder" or as being shipped from a
different location (i.e. "factory
direct").
Privacy

Mitchell's
Automotive is committed to keeping your personal
information safe and secure. All information
gathered by Mitchell's Automotive is used in
confidence solely for the purpose of fulfilling
your order. In some cases, we may use vendors to
help fulfill orders and provide them with
shipping information (e.g. drop ship orders).
We
do not sell your personal information to other
companies. We utilize the latest SSL (secure
server) technologies to insure that your
personal data is kept safe and secure.
Fitment
of Parts
Every
effort is made to maintain accurate fitment data
for products offered. The customer is
responsible for making sure items ordered will
fit their vehicle.
Please
take special notice to those items listed on our
website without specific fitment applications.
In such cases, we ask that you please call and
speak with a customer service representative to
verify fitment.
